The whole service was excellent, from booking and confirming to the actual pick up and drop off. The driver was so nice and was very patient with us when we had no proper address. He gladly drove up and down several roads before we found the correct villa.

Teníamos contratado recogida ida y vuelta aeropuerto hotel. En la ida, al llegar donde supuestamente nos esperaba el transfer vemos que no estaba, esperamos durante un buen rato y no venía...hasta que se lo comenté a otro compañero de sunline que esperaba a otros clientes y lo solucionaron por teléfono...se olvidaron de nuestra reserva o qué? No dieron ninguna explicación...luego tuvimos que esperar otro buen rato más hasta que llegó...menos mal que no fué en la vuelta, porque si perdemos los vuelos sí que pongo una reclamación .

I think his name was carlos he was very nice person gave us loads of information and was really good with the children and made the journey relaxing and even rang the apartment to sort out where we need to go which was amazing as I dnt speak Portuguese only english
