Arranged a transfer from Faro Airport to Albufeira (New Town) through Sunline. Very easy to arrange the reservation. When we arrived from our flight, our driver was waiting and was very helpful. It was almost 9pm when we arrived. We had a baby with us and the driver made sure to find a shop for us to get milk for the baby. If I was only reviewing the transfer from the airport, I would definitely give 5 stars. Our transfer back to the airport was very unsatisfactory. The car arrived 10-15 minutes late, which wasn't really a problem as this may be down to traffic etc. However, when the car arrived, the car seat for our baby wasn't fitted. Again, not a big issue as they are relatively quick to fit. I decided to watch the driver put in the car seat rather than load our bags into the car. This is where my problem lay. The driver merely put the belt between the body of the car seat and the seat itself and clicked it into the buckle. I told him it had to be put through the holders / guides. He did this but the belt was twisted and could not slide through the guides. He shook the car seat to check how tight it was and said it was ready. The seat was so loose that it could almost touch the front seats when it was pulled forward. I told him it wasn't in right and he just said it was. I told him there was absolutely no way that we would put a child in the seat. I asked him to open the seatbelt but he just tugged it and would not open it. I told him twice more to open the seatbelt before he did and that I would fit the car seat myself. I fitted the seat safely within a minute. I cannot find a star rating low enough for this experience. The only saving grace for Sunline is that arranging the transfer was very simple and the the driver for the transfer from the airport was so good. But the driver for the return could have put a childs life at risk because either he didn't know how to fit the seat or couldn't be bothered doing it right.

Sunline met us at the airport friendly drivers. Dropped us off the hotel. We paid for the return trip after the drop off. Taxi was delayed 15 minutes for return journey, and they rang us up to apologise prior to drivers arrival. We were picked up and dropped at the airport with no other issues. Driver was very friendly. Overall was impressed with Sunline and booked trip over the internet with regular e-mails updating booking confirmation.

The driver was very nice an was at the airport to meet me. Unfortunately, the driver did not know where he was going and got lost, so after a lengthy time in airports and my flight - the 50 minute transfer took more than an hour and a half. The transfer was booked in plenty time for the route to be worked out. Pretty disappointed customer.

The trip from the airport to our villa was marred by two things. First, the driver was looking down at his phone while driving, frequently drifting out of lane on the motorway. I had to ask him to stop doing this as my wife & I were quite concerned. Secondly, despite providing address details beforehand, the driver's sat nav (his phone maybe?) was not working. I had to use my phone while leaning over the seats to direct him. The driver on the return was a different man, who was very courteous, arriving early & a smooth driver with no problems at all.
