The overall service was very good. We had a slight issue on the exact address from the airport. This was resolved for the return journey. Both journeys were on time. Would use this service again.
On time, even though we were late arriving. Driver accommodating and helpful. Paid him full amount at Hotel as arranged (for transfer and return) and only received a business card, not a receipt as I was expecting. Not to worry though, transfer driver arrived at hotel 5 minutes early for return and got us to airport very quickly (bit too quickly for my partner who was a little concerned by the speed and the driver answering his phone at 120kph). All in all a good service at a reasonable price but maybe a receipt upon payment would give future users more peace of mind.

all very good though we took the scenic route back to the airport, and not the motorway. Drivers very helpful and courteous. Would definitely book again.
Booked Sunline Transfers expecting an organized and friendly service.... First impressions, we were picked up (late) from Faro Airport. The man "Antonio" didn't speak any English, so no conversation or understanding. There was no help taking our luggage to the taxi or to the hotel lobby, which was rather rude. Our driver also didn't have a clue where our hotel was, even though he had plenty of time to prepare and also was using google maps on the journey. We stopped numerous times and asked for directions and eventually got there after overtaking almost every car and breaking harshly. When getting out, I was ready to pay €70. The driver shook his head and wanted the full payment. I said €70 now and I'll pay the rest on return, he said okay. I recieved no receipt or proof of payment... The same happened on our return. The transfer was late, he rang me incurring charges and was also lost and didn't know where to go. I had to get our hotel receptionist to call them back to direct them. The driver was different and spoke English but same again, not very talkative. Seems grumpy and huffed alot. We got out at the airport and he was rushing to see another client. He said "payment all sorted yeah?" Getting back into the taxi but kindly we said no, there is still half to pay!! No clue what payments had been made or location of the well-known hotel. Supposedly there was free wi-fi in the taxis but it was not displayed nor offered. Not impressed for the price.

Fantastic service, someone was waiting at the airport for us on our arrival and he very helpful. Again when we leaving the transport was aiting to take us back to the airport. Highly recommend Sunline Transfers.
