Very satisfied with friendly reliable service. Our flight arrived an hour late and the driver was waiting for us. He gave us advice of places to visit. On departure He was very punctual and waitedfor us as we were not ready. I would use this service again.

On time, and very helpful and friendly service both ways. The ride from the airport to our destination was much more comfortable in an estate car, but we didnt find the minibus ride the other way at all comparable, in spite of there being a lot more room since we were in there all on our own. This was not quite what we expected for a private transfer I am sorry to have to say.

Hi, The ride was smooth and the driver was on time, unfortunately at a wrong location. Although, I did contact the office and explained where exactly to pick us up a day before. However, the office contacted me promptly and the issue was resolved. Communication was professional and sincere with the customer service agent. 4/5

Previous encounters were great, the drivers were always very pleasant and helpful. Our return trip to the airport this last time was a little scary, the driver drove quite fast and cut in-between other cars, at times didn't feel safe. Hopefully this single driver won't spoil it for the others.
