Our transfer to our hotel from the airport was excellent. The driver waited 1hr 30mins for us (our luggage had been lost), and turned up with a large MPV with two, clean, age-appropriate seats. She spoke excellent English, and she was very welcoming. On the drive to the hotel, she overheard us talking about the luggage we were missing, and offered to take us to a supermarket on the way (to buy nappies and some other essential supplies). She kept to the speed limit and drove safely and carefully. Our transfer to the airport was completely different. The driver sped the entire way, cornering at uncomfortable speeds. He only had one child seat, when we needed two - our older child had to use a booster seat, when it wasn't suitable/safe for her age, weight and height. We arrived at the airport on time, and the vehicle was clean and well maintained, otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The driver apologised for rushing, and told us he was doing it, because he needed to pick up another client.

Used Sunline before so did not hesitate to use them again. Only issue this time was we got through passport control and collecting our bags very quickly so had to wait for our driver, who was dropping off at airport, to arrive. Another sunline employee came to meet us and apologised which was reassuring for us. Return journey driver arrived early but happy to wait for us. Cars spotless, drivers well presented, efficient service, would recommend.

Driver wasn't yet in airport when we arrived, but another driver realised we had booked through Sunline and phoned them to see what was happening and brought us to our driver who was just arriving. Once with our driver journey progressed with any issues. Return Journey Driver arrived on time and was vey pleasant talking about the country and things to do. Overall positive experience and would use again
