The one STAR is not right!!!! It was supose to be 5 STAR!!! The screen was to quick for my finger!!!!!

On arrival at Faro the driver was nowhere to be found but he found me after I called the office. Unfortunately he then got lost following his Satnav to my hotel and I directed him using the Satnav on my phone in the end. Even though I'd specifically asked at the time of booking and had it confirmed that credit card payment was accepted, the driver couldn't take a credit card and this caused some confusion before he eventually came back after I'd finished checking in agt the hotel to say the office had texted me a link to pay online. The solution was simple enough but all of this made for a confusing time arriving in Faro. The return journey was much better and the driver arrived early and no problem getting back to the airport. The drivers both ways were polite and courteous but my experience was disappointing on the way to the hotel.
