My driver was polite, friendly and very helpful. He made a big effort to talk to me about the area and even made a last min detour at my request for a very reasonable amount. I would definitely use Sunline transfers again.

My seat was wet (with who knows what) and the belt were not secure at all! My boyfriend couldn't close his seatbelt and mine was sticky and full of ducktape.

This is the first time we have used Sunline Transfers. From the outset communication was excellent and attentive to our queries. Nothing was too much trouble and we were instilled with confidence. Pick up at Faro was efficient, professional and friendly. The driver was great and helped us to get to know more about Sunline, it was clear that representatives knew the important issues travellers have and their expectations and we were not disappointed. Our return journey was not however straight forward and it was a shame that this issue affected what would have been a perfect service. We understand that vehicle breakdowns do occur however and are sometimes are out of the control of staff. Its what is done to rectify matters in these situations that counts and we were not disappointed. A taxi from a local firm was organised as soon as the problem was identified but we preferred to make our own way to the airport as we had the facility. As a result our personal organiser Carlos (on his day off) contacted us by phone, text and email to update us and apologise and by the time we had reached Faro airport for our flight back to the UK he had already refunded the full amount we paid for both transfers as recompense for our trouble. Would we use Sunline again despite the problems? definitely yes. Service, attention to detail, friendliness of staff, problem resolution and customer service is excellent! Well done Sunline we will see you next year.

I would recommend Sunline Transfers, I booked them from Faro airport to Monte Gordo & apart from driver being 10 mins late when we arrived everything was ok.
