On time, friendly, helped with luggage

The transfers from Faro airport to Lagos, and return were generally carried out efficiently and speedily. Both drivers were courteous and helpful particularly the second return driver. The cost of the private transfers were quite high for two people, and would have been more economical if we could have filled the six seat vehicle and shared the cost between us. The journey took one hour and thirty minutes from the airport to the hotel in Lagos, the return took only fifty-five minutes as the driver used the motorway route. I know there is supposed to be a toll charge for the motorway, but I think this should be included on such a long journey as it was on the return. I would use the company again, and would recommend it to others.

We needed a transfer for 18 of us from the airport to Browns in Vilamoura and back. These guys were absolutely perfect. Easy to book online, they reminded me of the booking two days before, they were on time, and the vehicles were spotless. The price was pretty reasonable too.

Very efficient in terms of being met at Faro airport and delivered to the resort but return pickup was 15 minutes late without any text or phone notification. Arrival at the airport was still in good time, but if the taxi isn't going to be on time it would be reassuring to know and to know by how long it is delayed.

When we arrived your driver was not there to meet us..........after searching for him for five minutes he turned up and insisted that he had been there all the time! The young driver did not know where Pinheiros Altos was and so when he started to search on Google maps whilst we were waiting to leave the car park. When I asked him what he was doing he informed me that he didn´t know how to get to our destination, I told him that I knew the way. He said that he knew how to get to Quinta do Lago but he didn't which was very surprising. I suggest that you give this young chap some training and that he prepares his route BEFORE he collects his passengers.
