When we arrived your driver was not there to meet us..........after searching for him for five minutes he turned up and insisted that he had been there all the time! The young driver did not know where Pinheiros Altos was and so when he started to search on Google maps whilst we were waiting to leave the car park. When I asked him what he was doing he informed me that he didn´t know how to get to our destination, I told him that I knew the way. He said that he knew how to get to Quinta do Lago but he didn't which was very surprising. I suggest that you give this young chap some training and that he prepares his route BEFORE he collects his passengers.

Fantastic Service from Sunline Transfers during my trip to Portugal. Drivers were very courteous & smart. My flight was delayed going to Faro & after I phoned customer service the pickup time was changed no problem. Would recommend this company.

Hello Carlos We are home again in England now after 10 sunny days in Cabanas. Both transfers went very smoothly. Arrival at Faro where your driver was waiting and our daughter was only 5 minutes arriving after us. Pickup was exactly on time and the flight left promptly. I promise we will complete a review for trip advisor. I am sure we shall be back in Faro soon
